Douglas Dewey Creative is founded and produced by Douglas and Dewey; that's us. We met in the Summer of 2005 while working at Walt Disney World. We married in 2013 and then again in 2017 (it's a long story).
We have always loved to create TOGETHER! As a comedy duo, we have performed across the US, Canada and Europe as part of various theatre festivals including New York International Fringe Festival, Edmonton Fringe Festival and the Dublin Gay Theatre Festival. Our original shows ran for two months in Provincetown, MA and an 18 month engagement at The Duplex in New York City. In 2018, we bid adieu to NYC and are proud to make Atlanta our home.
Douglas McGeoch (He/They)
Douglas McGeoch has a Bachelor of Music in Opera Performance, and it shows! Douglas spent years performing at Walt Disney World, in New York City and touring the world on stage. In addition to living and breathing live performance, Douglas has a keen eye for design that led to a career in commercial design and art direction.
Dewey McGeoch (He/Him)
Dewey McGeoch performed as 50+ characters at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Nickelodeon for 30 years. Dewey has performed for Lockheed Martin, with Leslie Jordan, and he does a killer Jim Carrey impression. Dewey is a master of character performance and comedy writing.
Wendy White (She/Her)
Wendy has a background in stage management, and marketing for regional theatre. Wendy met Douglas and Dewey at Arches Brewing, and they bonded over a shared love of theatre. Find Wendy at events taking photos and shuffling crowds (with love, of course).
